Programs and Services
Our services include access to our pantries and participation in any of our FREE seasonal programs for low-income families. To make an appointment to use the pantry, to sign up for any seasonal programs, or to sign up as a one-time or repeating sponsor, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 315 . 209 . 2609. If transportation is an obstacle, FHF administrators may be able to pick up donations from your home.
Please note that:
- Some programs are seasonal and sign-ups may not begin until a certain date
- Some free materials are “as available”
- Some programs may require joining a waiting list

Sponsorship: A Sponsor may help by donating nonperishable food items at any time. Doubling up on one or two items in your own grocery cart during each weekly shopping trip is the easiest and fastest way to build a generous stockpile of useful items for FHF each month.
Most needed: Meats and protein-rich foods such as canned tuna, canned chicken, canned ham, chili, and peanut butter.
Personal Hygiene Pantry
Feminine products, shampoo, body wash, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. Open by appointment. Locations in Auburn and Moravia. Call 607.437.9157 to make an appointment.
Sponsorship: A Sponsor may help by donating any personal hygiene products at any time.
Most needed: Feminine items, shampoo, and toilet paper.
Infant Care Pantry
For emergency use only, please. Generally contains disposable diapers in assorted sizes, wipes, formula, and baby food. Members in need may borrow items as needed, but should replace them when able. Open by appointment. Locations in Auburn and Moravia. Call 607.437.9157 to make an appointment.
Sponsorship: A Sponsor may help by donating diapers of any brand or size, wipes, any unopened infant formula, and any unopened baby food.
Adopt-a-Mom Cloth Diaper Sponsorship Program
New mothers will receive a FREE “Starter Set” of 6 cloth diapers and inserts, education about cloth diapering, membership to a local cloth diapering support group, and if necessary, an in-person cloth diapering consultation. Using cloth diapers in place of disposables can save a family as much as $1,000 per year, per child! Call 607.437.9157 to check availability of cloth diaper sets, or to make a $30 donation to fund one starter set
Sponsorship: a Sponsor may help by making a $30 donation towards the purchase of a 6-diaper Starter Set, or by donating any new or gently used cloth diapers of their own. We are currently in need of Sponsors willing to “Adopt-a-Mom” on our cloth diaper waiting list.
